The client has numerous RC Frame residential and mixed-use projects across London with a strong pipeline of work, ensuring job longevity. The current project phase is moving into fit-out, so the ideal candidate should have strong internal knowledge from 1st fix to handover on high-rise blocks.

Responsibilities for Assistant Site Manager

• Oversee subcontractors and labor force, maintaining high health & safety standards.
• Ensure high-quality delivery across 100+ units of RC frame apartments.
• Keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain strong internal build knowledge.
