EV Street Works Manager

Location: Greater London

Contract Type: Permanent

What you’ll do:

The Site Manager will oversee the daily operations of Electric Vehicle Infrastructure projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to safety and quality standards. This role involves managing subcontractors, vendors, and site workers while maintaining compliance with regulations and project specifications. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and managing multiple tasks effectively are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specifications.
2. Coordinate with internal teams and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
3. Enforce health & safety compliance, conduct inspections, and lead toolbox talks.
4. Maintain quality standards, resolve site issues, and manage labour, materials, and procurement.
5. Keep accurate records and report on progress, addressing any delays or conflicts proactively.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in site supervision, preferably in EV/on-street projects.
• Knowledge of NRSWA, TMA, and multi-site construction.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• SMSTS & CSCS certifications, and a valid UK driving license.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

This role involves travel to construction sites within the Greater London region.
