Job Description:

Our client is a Regional Developer, with a focus on delivering good quality Residential schemes. They have a growing pipeline of work across London and the home counties, including Cut & Carve, RC frame, and some out-of-town Traditional new builds. Your first project will be either a high-end residential change of use in Kensington (c.£15M) or a prestigious mixed-use development in Islington (c.£25M). You will be a Site Manager, focusing on liaising with the Project Manager and QS, supported by a Contracts Manager. The business is in a period of long-term targeted growth, making it an excellent time to join.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the client and company’s requirements.
2. Monitoring progress in line with the programme of work.
3. Maintaining and updating project reports and Site Records.
4. Supporting and coordinating internal progress meetings.
5. Liaising with the Project Manager on design issues throughout the contract.
6. Arranging and leading internal progress meetings with subcontractors.
7. Liaising with the Project Manager and monitoring subcontractors regarding variations and delays.
8. Monitoring and reviewing quality assurance and supporting snagging as required.
9. Producing RAMs for the site, implementing Health & Safety procedures, including safety inspections and ensuring safety regulations are met.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Relevant experience in the London residential market, including New Build, RC Frame, and Cut & Carve projects.
• Ideally degree-qualified or equivalent, with SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
