Job Description

A well-established residential building and refurbishment contractor is looking to add a hardworking Site Manager to their close-knit team.

The successful Site Manager will join a small team specialising in bespoke residential luxury one-off builds and refurbishment projects throughout London, Surrey, and the home counties.

They offer a stable, long-term opportunity with great support and development prospects.

The Site Manager's Role

The successful Site Manager will oversee a £2.5 million refurbishment project in Hampstead.

On a prime house in Hampstead, with an excellent build team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality refurbishment and fit-out works.

You will manage day-to-day project operations with support from a visiting project manager and direct oversight from the business director, who remains hands-on.

Requirements

• Experience managing high-end residential projects with budgets of £1 - £3 million
• Excellent organisational and team management skills
• Proficiency with computer skills
• A valid driving license
• Experience with Procore is a plus but not necessary
