Job summary

Contract Scotland is partnering with a well-established property development business to recruit an experienced Site Manager for an Inverness development. You will oversee all site operations, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have site management experience, SMSTS/CSCS preferred, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage programme.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.

Working closely with the wider project team, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress and ensuring programme targets are achieved.
