Contract Scotland is partnering with a well-established property development business to recruit an experienced Site Manager for an Inverness development. You will oversee all site operations, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have site management experience, SMSTS/CSCS preferred, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage programme.

Qualificações

• Experience in a Site Manager role within construction or property development.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, site management and health and safety requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to manage subcontractors.
• Proactive problem-solving and project delivery.
• Strong organisational skills; ability to manage competing priorities.
• Relevant construction qualifications, including SMSTS and CSCS.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely and in line with programme requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality control and site compliance.
• Monitor project progress and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and building regulations.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports and relevant documentation.
• Liaise with project stakeholders, consultants and the wider management team.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
