This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary dependent on experience, plus a car allowance. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing site operations and delivering projects to time and quality standards across West Scotland.

Qualifications

• The candidate has proven experience as a Site Manager in construction.
• Background in interior fit out or main contracting.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site operations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Good commercial and programme awareness.
• Strong IT literacy and confidence using digital systems and project documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site activities effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem solving.
• Valid SMSTS and CSCS qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects across West Scotland.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
• Manage site programmes, sequencing and short-term planning.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues impacting delivery.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
• Ensure site documentation, records and reporting are maintained accurately.
• Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks and inspections.
• Maintain focus on health & safety and compliance.
• Assist with project handovers and ensure works meet specification.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and organised Site Manager with a background in interior fit out or main contracting to take responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects from start to completion.

The ideal candidate will be confident managing site operations, subcontractors and trades, while maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and programme delivery. Strong IT literacy is essential, with the ability to use relevant construction and project management systems effectively.

The Role

• Manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects across West Scotland.
