Job summary

Search Consultancy Ltd is working with an award-winning housebuilder to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a residential development in Inverness. In this role you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time and to high standards of quality.

You will lead subcontractors and site personnel, monitor build programmes, manage costs and resources, uphold NHBC requirements, and drive a first-rate customer experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding.
• Strong knowledge of traditional build methods and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Track record of delivering high-quality residential developments safely and efficiently.
• SMSTS, First Aid and health & safety qualifications.

Responsibilities
