Job summary

Force Contracting Services are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee civil engineering and groundworks at Heysham Nuclear Power Station. This permanent PAYE role offers year-round work and clear progression.

You will manage site operatives and subcontractors, ensure safety standards, coordinate programmes, and liaise with clients and project teams. A strong leadership background and SMSTS/CSCS are required; travel and training are provided.

Qualifications

• SMSTS qualification required.
• Valid CSCS Card required.
• Experience managing civil engineering or groundworks projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to organise and manage site activities effectively.

Salary: £20 -£22/hour (higher rates available depending on experience, qualifications, and tickets)
