Job summary

Force Contracting Services in Worksop is recruiting experienced Groundworkers for a permanent PAYE role, with overtime and progression opportunities. You will be deployed on civils projects, including travel to Heysham Nuclear Power Station as required, with full PPE and company training provided.

Role offers stable, year-round work, 28 days holiday, and a pension, with overtime paid at enhanced rates on weekends. Must hold CSCS and have civils groundworks experience.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card.
• Groundworks experience on civils or infrastructure projects.
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.

• Additional plant or streetworks tickets advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drainage installation and repairs.
• Excavation and trenching works.
• Ducting and utility installation.
• Kerbing, edging, and finishing works.
• Concrete works and reinstatement.
• Assisting plant operators and site teams.
• Working to site drawings and specifications.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety.
• Working effectively as part of a civils team.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (PAYE)

Salary: £15-£22ph (depending on experience, qualifications, and tickets)

About the Role

Force Contracting Services are recruiting experienced Groundworkers to join our team on a permanent PAYE basis offering stable, year-round work, ongoing training, and clear opportunities for progression within a growing civil engineering contractor. Plenty of overtime is available as well to enable candidates to earn extra money.

Duties:

• * Drainage installation and repairs
