Job summary

Time Recruitment is hiring an experienced Site Manager for a £24 million project in Guildford. You will join an existing Site Manager to drive delivery, ensure safety, and maintain project milestones on site.

The role is long-term with an ASAP start subject to DBS clearance, offering £270 per day, 7:00am–4:00pm hours and approximately 10 months of work through to June 2027.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on major construction projects.
• SMSTS certification.
• Asbestos Awareness certification.
• Fire Marshall certification.
• Black CSCS Card.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations on a £24m construction project in Guildford.
• Collaborate with another Site Manager and project team to deliver milestones.
• Ensure site health, safety and compliance throughout the project.

The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a £24 million project in Guildford, working alongside another Site Manager to support the successful delivery and completion of the project.

This is a long-term opportunity, with an immediate start available subject to the required DBS checks.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on major construction projects.
• SMSTS certification.
• Asbestos Awareness certification.
• Fire Marshall certification.
• Black CSCS Card.
• Strong understanding of site health, safety and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively alongside another Site Manager and the wider project team.
• Must be a British National due to security requirements.
