Job summary

Romans Recruitment Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a project in Abergavenny, Wales for approximately eight weeks.

You will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors, monitor safety, and ensure the works progress to the programme requirements. Applicants should have proven on-site management experience on construction, M&E, or infrastructure projects, with SMSTS and CSCS credentials.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certificate required.
• CSCS Card required.
• First Aid at Work preferred.
• Strong health and safety knowledge on construction sites.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Site Manager

Location: Abergavenny, Wales

Duration: Approximately 8 weeks

Rate: £250-£300 per day (depending on experience)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a project based in Abergavenny, Wales, for an approximate 8-week duration. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with programme requirements.

An electrical background would be advantageous but is not essential. We are primarily looking for a competent and proactive Site Manager with strong organisational and communication skills.
