Job summary

Construction in Dartford, DA1 is seeking a freelance Site Manager to join an established project team on an office fit-out. The role starts Tuesday 1st September and runs for eight weeks, with a day rate of 270-280 GBP.

SITE MANAGER
DARTFORD, DA1
START DATE: TUESDAY 1ST SEPTEMBER
DAY RATE: 270 - 280 PER DAY
DURATION: 8 WEEKS
This job for a freelance Site Manager joins an established project team on a scheme in Dartford, DA1 to start Tuesday 1st September for a project duration of 8 weeks. The key responsibility in this role of the Site Manager will be to manage and oversee the succesful completion of an office fit out project.
Key skills and experience required:

• Maintaining high levels of health, safety and environmental standards
• Strong communication and liaison skills
• CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid at Work.
• Day to day supervision and co-ordination of on-site staff, subcontractors, plant and materials
• Building and maintaining good relationships across all subcontractors and direct employees
• Maintain strict quality control procedures and conduct regular site safety checks
• Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
