Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a £24 million project in Guildford. The role supports delivery alongside another Site Manager, with DBS clearance required for an ASAP start. The position runs approximately 10 months, with a 7:00am–4:00pm schedule and a daily rate of £270.

The project focuses on successful delivery, safety compliance and teamwork within a busy site management structure. British nationals only due to security requirements.

• Asbestos Awareness certification required.

• Strong understanding of site health, safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities on a £24 million project.

• Ensure safety, quality and programme adherence on site.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to deliver on time.

The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a £24 million project in Guildford, working alongside another Site Manager to support the successful delivery and completion of the project.

This is a long-term opportunity, with an immediate start available subject to the required DBS checks.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on major construction projects.
• SMSTScertification.

• Strong understanding of site health, safety and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively alongside another Site Manager and the wider project team.
