Job summary

Regional Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for an immediate start in Loughborough. This hands-on, site-based role requires a reliable leader who can deliver projects safely, on programme and to a high standard.

You will manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and maintain clear communication with clients and the wider project team. A competitive salary is offered DOE, with full-time temporary opportunity and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standard.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site operatives, maintaining productive working relationships.
• Plan and monitor site resources, materials, deliveries and labour requirements.
• Carry out regular site inspections, toolbox talks and progress meetings.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, permits, RAMS and quality documentation.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, clients, consultants and other stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor programme milestones and provide clear updates on progress, risks and required actions.
• Ensure a high standard of housekeeping, presentation and quality across the site.
• Manage and motivate the site team, encouraging a positive and professional culture.
• Support the induction and supervision of new starters, apprentices and visitors.
• Identify practical solutions to site issues and elevate risks when necessary.
• Be flexible to support project requirements, including occasional overnight hours
• Undertake any other reasonable duties required to support successful wide project delivery.
