Job summary

Anderselite is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the installation of modular bays and external works for a large NHS Diagnostic Centre project in Talbot Green (CF72). The role starts 17th August and runs for approximately six months during the first phase of the project, with a competitive daily rate of £280 - £320 via CIS.

You will oversee all on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and ensure safety, quality, and programme delivery with strong leadership

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing modular construction projects.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong health and safety compliance and site safety management.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage site logistics.
• Quality control and assurance throughout the installation.
• Programme and schedule management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of site delivery.
• SMSTS/First Aid/CSCS certifications considered essential.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the installation of modular bays and external works, including fire protection, on a large multi-storey NHS Diagnostic Centre project in Talbot Green (CF72). The role will commence on 17th August and run for approximately six months during the first phase of the project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the safe, timely, and quality delivery of the modular installation and external packages. This position requires strong leadership and coordination skills to manage subcontractors, site logistics, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Previous experience working on modular construction projects is essential. The role offers a competitive daily rate of £280 - £320 paid via CIS.
