Job summary

ITS Construction Professionals are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a live school project in Birmingham. The role covers site operations, subcontractor coordination, health and safety, and liaising with the Project Manager and client representatives.

You will manage day-to-day site activity from setup through completion, ensure quality and programme adherence, maintain site documentation, and keep logistics organised on a safety‑driven, long‑term contract.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager.
• Main contracting experience.
• Experience working on education / school projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and site procedures.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Previous experience managing subcontractors and site teams.

We are looking for a Site Manager with a strong background in main contracting and previous experience managing construction projects from site setup through to completion.
