Job summary

ITS Construction Professionals are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead a 14-month leisure centre project in Coventry. You will be responsible for day-to-day site management, coordinating subcontractors and site teams, and delivering works to programme, budget and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong main contracting background, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, with excellent communication and organisational skills to liaise with the Project Manager and client.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Strong main contracting experience.
• Experience on leisure, commercial, public-sector or similar projects desirable.
