Job summary

Think Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee school refurbishment works across three sites in Leicester and Warwick. You will manage daily operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works stay on programme, including M&E and safety compliance.

The role requires a minimum of four years in site management, valid SMSTS and First Aid certifications, and willingness to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• At least four years of Site Manager experience.
• Valid SMSTS qualification.
• Valid First Aid qualification.
• Relevant health and safety qualifications.
• Previous refurbishment experience.
• Experience managing M&E works would be beneficial.
• Strong subcontractor and programme management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential.
• Ability to travel between Leicester and Warwick.

Temporary Site Manager - Leicester & Warwick

Locations: Two sites in Leicester and one site in Warwick

Rate: £250 per day

Contract: Temporary - 12 weeks

Travel: Own vehicle required

Think Recruitment are working with a leading construction and refurbishment contractor, and we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee school refurbishment works across three sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for two sites in Leicester and one in Warwick, so regular travel between locations will be required.
