Landmarc Support Services is recruiting a Site Operative to maintain Nesscliff Camp facilities for the Armed Forces. You will clean accommodation blocks, manage grounds, and help keep the site safe and well-maintained.

The role offers permanent employment with a 37-hour week, a strong benefits package, and opportunities for progression. A valid UK driving licence is essential due to site location.

Qualifications

• Experience in general housekeeping and caretaking
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH procedures
• Ability to complete documentation
• Basic IT skills with tablet use
• Valid UK driving licence due to rural site location

Responsibilities

• Maintain camp cleanliness and ensure facilities are fit for purpose
• Clean offices, communal areas and accommodation blocks including ablutions
• Carry out general cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming)
• Perform general building maintenance
• Conduct basic grounds maintenance
• Complete documentation using IT and paper-based systems
• Carry out additional tasks as required
