Job summary

GXO Logistics, at our Nutmeg site in Leeds, seeks a Senior HR Advisor to partner with operational leaders and guide managers through complex HR matters. You’ll drive engagement, support development, and shape a positive colleague experience in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday 9-5 with some flexibility. Salary up to £39,000 per annum plus a benefits package including dental insurance, pension, GP service, life assurance and more.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience in a busy environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and ER processes.
• Proven ability to influence managers and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide expert HR advice across ER, performance and people challenges.
• Manage disciplinary, grievance, absence and ER cases with fair, policy-led practice.
• Lead and support engagement initiatives, events and internal communications.
