Job summary

Hawk 3 is seeking a Site Contract Manager to oversee cleaning, waste and compliance operations at our St Athan site in Wales. The role focuses on safe, compliant facilities management and contractor performance across SLAs and KPIs, with a 40-hour week and a £39,000 base salary plus car allowance and a discretionary bonus.

You will conduct site audits, manage budgets, support sustainability initiatives, and liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to maintain high service standards on

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, cleaning or waste environments.
• Strong compliance and audit experience.
• Experience writing RAMS.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Experience managing contractors and SLAs.
• IOSH (or equivalent) certification.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning operations and contractor performance (SLAs/KPIs).
• Oversee waste management and recycling systems.
• Ensure H&S compliance (COSHH, RAMS, risk assessments).
• Conduct site audits, inspections and reporting.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and service performance.
• Support sustainability initiatives (zero waste, carbon reduction).
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
