Job summary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions seeks a Site Contract Manager in St Athan, Wales, to oversee cleaning, waste and compliance operations on a fast-paced site. You will manage contractors, monitor SLAs/KPIs, and ensure safety standards across COSHH and RAMS.

The role includes driving sustainability initiatives, KPI tracking, and coordinating with customers and internal teams. A valid UK driving licence and experience in facilities or waste environments are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, cleaning, or waste environments.
• Experience writing RAMS.
• Knowledge of H&S legislation.
• Experience managing contractors & SLAs.
• IOSH certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning operations and contractor performance (SLAs/KPIs).
• Oversee waste management & recycling systems.
• Ensure H&S compliance (COSHH, RAMS, risk assessments).
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and service performance.
• Support sustainability initiatives (zero waste, carbon reduction).
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Salary: £39,000 + Car Allowance + Noncontractual Bonus

Hours: 40 hrs/week

Requirements

• Experience in facilities, cleaning, or waste environments
• Experience writing RAMS
• Knowledge of H&S legislation
• Experience managing contractors & SLAs
• IOSH (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
• Waste or manufacturing background
• BICS, SAP, ADR or Duty of Care knowledge
