Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Ollerton is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Lead to drive a culture of continuous improvement across our site.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, analyse data against KPIs, and coach teams to adopt best practices to improve cost, quality, and service. Qualifications

• Experience delivering Continuous Improvement using Lean/Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
• Good understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, implement, and sustain continuous improvement projects across site contracts and functions.
• Analyse operational data, identify performance gaps against KPIs, and develop improvement plans to drive results.
• Manage and support the successful implementation of change management initiatives across the site.
• Partner with operational leaders to achieve KPI targets, productivity improvements, budget objectives, and customer expectations.
• Develop and influence teams through coaching, training, succession planning, and best practice sharing.
