GXO Logistics, Inc. in Milton Keynes is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead a site-wide CI strategy and drive performance improvements within operations. You will coach teams, manage initiatives, and ensure projects are resourced and delivered using a robust PM framework.

The role is on-site, full-time, with typical hours 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday. Benefits include pension, private medical and dental, life assurance and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in a continuous improvement management role.
• Proven track record in change management and cultural development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Continuous Improvement strategy to support a culture of CI across all areas of the site.
• Lead and coordinate a wide variety of identified and approved initiatives and projects designed to improve processes and performance in all areas of the business and site but with a major focus on operations.
• Ensuring all staff are actively encouraged to identify improvement opportunities and ensure activities are resourced, managed and driven to successful completion.
• Creation of a Project tracking suite to enable project owners to create and build business cases and Project Initiation Documents in a clear and consistent manner.
• Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate training activities and encourage and support staff in their development and training
