Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager at our Ollerton site to lead cross-functional CI initiatives, analysing data to close KPI gaps and drive cost and service improvements. The role requires coaching teams and embedding best practices across the site.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, offering up to £50,000 per annum, 33 days of annual leave, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, private medical and dental insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Continuous Improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
• Good understanding of warehouse/logistics operations
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive in change, compliance, and operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead, implement, and sustain continuous improvement projects across all site contracts and functions
• Analyse operational data, identify KPI gaps, and develop improvement plans to drive results
• Manage and support the successful implementation of change management initiatives across the site
• Partner with operational leaders to achieve KPI targets, productivity improvements, budget objectives, and customer expectations
• Develop and influence teams through coaching, training, succession planning, and best practice sharing

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager who will lead and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our shared user site in Ollerton. Working closely with operational and cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to improve performance, enhance productivity, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional service for our customers.

You will play a key role in implementing change initiatives, analysing operational performance against KPIs, and coaching teams to adopt best practice and sustainable improvement methodologies.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00.
