Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Milton Keynes is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team, supporting Waitrose.

You will sit as a key stakeholder within the site’s leadership team to facilitate the implementation of a bespoke CI strategy across the site. Through coaching and training you will promote a culture of CI at all levels, delivering CI initiatives and large-scale projects using a robust Project Management framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in CI management role.
• Proven track record in change management.
• Prince2 and Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Continuous Improvement strategy across the site.
• Lead and coordinate CI initiatives and projects to improve processes and performance.
• Encourage staff to identify improvement opportunities and ensure activities are resourced and driven to completion.
• Create a Project tracking suite for business cases and Project Initiation Documents.
• Maintain personal and professional development and encourage staff training.
