Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our Ollerton site. You will lead projects across contracts and functions, analyse performance against KPIs, and coach teams to adopt best practices.

The role focuses on improving cost, quality, and service, working Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00, with a salary up to £50,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with data-driven improvement focus.
• Solid understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Confident user of IT systems with proactive change mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, implement, and sustain continuous improvement projects across site contracts and functions.
• Analyse operational data, identify performance gaps against KPIs, and develop improvement plans to drive results.
• Manage and support the successful implementation of change management initiatives across the site.
• Partner with operational leaders to achieve KPI targets, productivity improvements, budget objectives, and customer expectations.
• Develop and influence teams through coaching, training, succession planning, and best practice sharing.
