Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Milton Keynes is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive a culture of CI across the site and support our Waitrose customer. You will lead bespoke CI initiatives and implement a robust project management framework to deliver improvements across operations.

The role is full-time and on-site, with typical hours Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00. You will coach teams, promote continuous learning, and report to the site leadership on CI performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Continuous Improvement management role.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple CI initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Continuous Improvement strategy to promote a CI culture across the site.
• Lead and coordinate a range of identified initiatives and projects to improve processes and performance, with a focus on operations.
• Encourage staff to identify improvement opportunities and ensure activities are resourced and delivered to completion.
• Create and maintain a Project tracking suite for business cases and project initiation documents.
• Support staff development and training to meet evolving job demands.
