GXO Logistics, Inc. invites applications for a Continuous Improvement Manager in Milton Keynes to lead a bespoke CI strategy across the site. You will coach and train staff, promote a culture of CI, and drive large-scale projects with a robust project management framework within a busy operations environment.

Qualifikationen

Demonstrable CI management experience.
Experience coordinating cross-functional improvement projects.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

Develop and implement a Continuous Improvement strategy to support a culture of CI across the site.
Lead initiatives and projects to improve processes and performance, focusing on operations.
Encourage staff to identify improvement opportunities and ensure resources for completion.
Create a project tracking suite to build business cases and project initiation documents.
