Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Lead to drive performance and cost improvements across our Ollerton site.

You will partner with operations and cross-functional teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement and deliver measurable results. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with a focus on coaching teams, applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and sustaining improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong data analysis skills to drive performance improvements.
• Good understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, implement, and sustain continuous improvement projects across site contracts and functions
• Analyse operational data, identify performance gaps against KPIs, and develop improvement plans to drive results
• Manage and support the successful implementation of change management initiatives across the site
• Partner with operational leaders to achieve KPI targets, productivity improvements, budget objectives, and customer expectations
• Develop and influence teams through coaching, training, succession planning, and best practice sharing
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to deliver measurable improvements across the site
