Job summary

Danny Sullivan & Sons Ltd. is recruiting a Document Controller for a major construction project based in Gartree, Leicestershire. This permanent, site-based role offers long-term security with around four years of work remaining on the project.

You will manage and control project documentation, ensuring records are accurate, current and distributed to the right teams. Experience with Dalux and Viewpoint is preferred, and a driving licence is essential for site access.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Document Controller in construction, civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Experience using Dalux and/or Viewpoint.
• Good understanding of document control processes and CDE systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communicating with project teams and subcontractors.
• Must hold a driving licence and be able to travel to Gartree site.
• Comfortable working in a full-time, site-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and distribute project documentation using Dalux and Viewpoint
• Upload, issue and track drawings, technical documents, specifications and project information
• Maintain accurate document registers and revision control
• Ensure the project team is working from the latest approved documentation
• Coordinate document submissions between site teams, subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders
• Manage workflows, approvals and document status within the project CDE
• Maintain structured electronic filing and archiving systems
• Assist with document audits and ensure project procedures are followed
• Support the wider project and site team with document control and general project administration
