Danny Sullivan & Sons Ltd. is recruiting a Document Controller for a major long-term construction project based in Gartree, Leicestershire.

This permanent, site-based role offers security with approximately four years remaining on the project and involves managing and controlling project documentation throughout the lifecycle. The successful candidate will use Dalux and Viewpoint to maintain document registers, ensure latest approved documentation is used, and coordinate submissions with site

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Document Controller in construction, civil engineering or infrastructure.
• This role requires experience using Dalux and/or Viewpoint.
• Solid understanding of document control processes and CDE systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills; confident communicating with project teams and subcontractors.
• Must hold a driving licence and be able to travel to Gartree site.
• Site-based, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and distribute project documentation using Dalux and Viewpoint.
• Upload, issue and track drawings, technical documents, specifications and project information.
• Maintain accurate document registers and revision control.
• Ensure the project team is working from the latest approved documentation.
• Coordinate document submissions between site teams, subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Manage workflows, approvals and document status within the project CDE.
• Maintain structured electronic filing and archiving systems.
• Assist with document audits and ensure project procedures are followed.
• Support the wider project and site team with document control and general project administration.
