• Experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor within construction or housebuilding.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor with day-to-day commercial duties.
• Assisting with procurement of subcontractor packages.
• Helping prepare valuations, cost reports, and forecasts.
• Assisting with variation management and change control.
• Supporting subcontractor account management and payments.
• Attending site and commercial meetings.
• Maintaining accurate commercial records and documentation.
