Job summary

Barratt Developments plc is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee development sites across the UK, ensuring programme, quality and cost targets are met.

You will support the Site Manager, coordinate trades, and manage the site team and subcontractors, with a focus on customer service and adherence to NHBC and Building Regulations. The role offers hybrid working between office, sites and sales offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in working within established build programmes.
• Ability to deputise for the Site Manager and lead site teams.
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings and ensure procedures and inspections of show homes are carried out.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required and manage site resources and work allocation.
• Ensure excellent customer service on site in line with company guidelines.
