Job summary

Barratt Developments plc is seeking a Site Support professional to assist the Site Manager in delivering development projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will coordinate trades, manage resources, and ensure NHBC and Building Regulations compliance while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role sits within Barratt's construction teams, with opportunities across projects that mix new builds and site adaptations.

Qualifications

• Experience working within established build programmes.
• Assertive to ensure delivery by on-site team and trades.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and/or NVQ level in Construction Management or time-served tradesman.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Good knowledge of customer service issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team and ensure procedures are followed; inspect show homes.
• Possibly deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure the on-site team is resourced and well-directed with clear responsibilities and training.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.
