Job summary

FM Conway is recruiting for a Site Agent to join our Structures team in London. You will lead planning, execution and supervision of site activities, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of refurbishments and highway works.

The role involves coordinating resources, maintaining programmes, and ensuring compliance with FM Conway policies. A solid site management background, CSCS card and SMSTS are essential, along with a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management for structures, highways or refurbishments.
• Strong coordination of resources and subcontractors.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver works to program.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and supervision of all site activities.
• Maintain and update contract programme with Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies.
• Distribute safe systems of work, inductions, briefings and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate plant, equipment, materials and consumables for delivery of works.
• Record changes in project scope and assist stakeholders.
