FM Conway Ltd is seeking a senior Structures Team Leader for our London-based Consultancy division. You will lead a team of structural designers and inspectors, directing technical and commercial strategy while ensuring safe, timely and profitable project delivery.

You will build strong client relationships across FM Conway, including local authorities and private sector clients, and drive new business generation with a focus on sustainable profitability.

Formación

• Member of IStructE or ICE, or equivalent professional status.
• Significant structural engineering experience with proven leadership.
• Track record in generating new business and managing profitability.
• Experience with local government and private-sector clients; knowledge of NEC3 contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop and performance-manage a team of structural designers and inspectors, plan resources and promote growth.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and external providers.
• Oversee planning, design and delivery of highway structures projects within budgets and schedules.
• Own monthly programme and financial performance, forecast workloads and project margins.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat work and new commissions.
• Prepare reports, drawings, schedules, BOQs, cost estimates and related documents.
