Linear Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Agent to support civil engineering and water infrastructure projects across London and the Home Counties. You will take responsibility for safe delivery, manage site teams, and ensure quality, programme and cost targets are met.

The role requires a Civil Engineering qualification with CSCS, and you will oversee construction planning, risk management and subcontractor coordination while maintaining strong client relationships.

Formación

• Degree, HNC or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
• CSCS card required.
• SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely, Temporary Works Coordinator, and confined space training.
• Experience with CDM regulations, construction planning and risk management.
• Experience managing site programmes and subcontractors, with commercial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Take overall responsibility for the safe and successful delivery of civil engineering and water projects.
• Lead site teams, coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage construction programmes, including two-week look-ahead plans.
• Implement project plans, risk assessments, method statements and inspection/testing regimes.
• Monitor project costs and commercial performance; maintain accurate site records.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Produce accurate project reports and chair site meetings.
