Job summary

Kier Group is seeking an Agent to join the Thames Water framework team at Mogden STW, Twickenham. The role focuses on managing civil and structural works, delivering projects safely, on time and to high quality standards.

You will own project delivery resources, drive profitability, and work with a dedicated team to maximise customer satisfaction. 45 hours per week with some flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• Must have strong project management and leadership skills.
• Experience delivering civil/structural works.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and programme works to optimise resource use and commercial performance.
• Own profit and loss for schemes and maintain cost control.
• Support Health & Safety policies and Business Assurance Systems.
• Create detailed programmes to plan and measure daily activities.
• Collaborate across divisions to promote a one-team approach and identify improvements.
