Job summary

Kier Group plc is recruiting a Site Agent to join the Thames Water team on a major infrastructure upgrade at Maple Lodge Sewage Treatment Works, Maple Cross. You’ll lead a critical section of works, drive safety, and deliver milestones through strong leadership of site teams and subcontractors.

The role requires an engineering degree or equivalent experience, CSCS, and good command of MS Office. You’ll translate designs into practical delivery, mentor engineers, and help shape a resilient

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Experience on infrastructure or wastewater construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specs and design packages.
• Valid CSCS card and full driving licence.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and construction software.

• Coaching and supporting the development of engineers and supervisors, helping to build the next generation of industry talent.
