Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Thames Water team, delivering capital and framework projects across the Thames Valley region. You will manage construction programmes, drive HSE and wellbeing with the supply chain, and oversee design integration to meet asset standards.

You will chair supply chain meetings, assess risks, support project delivery to KPIs, and help promote a right-first-time culture while working within a collaborative, inclusive team in a challenging

Qualifications

• CSCS card, SSSTS and Confined Spaces certifications are required.
• Experience reviewing RAMS and understanding risks of process plant.
• Strong commercial awareness and collaborative skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update construction programmes to meet milestones.
• Engage with supply chain on Health, Safety and Wellbeing, leading by example.
• Oversee design integration and assurance against Thames Water Asset standards.
• Chair supply chain meetings and escalate issues as needed.
• Promote right first-time culture and capture lessons learnt through case studies.
