The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering background and relevant qualifications such as HNC or HND, along with SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid. Responsibilities include managing project delivery, enforcing health and safety measures, and developing client relationships. This is a critical role for ensuring the project is executed successfully and safely.

Job description

Site Agent required to join leading civil engineering contractor on sea defence project in the Weston Super Mare area. The Site Agent would come from a civil engineering background with previous experience in highways, roads, groundworks, RC works, earthworks, deep drainage, externals and heavy civils. The Site Agent would preferably have relevant construction degree HNC or HND with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. The Site Agent will be managing sub agents, engineers and foreman, ensure delivery of project on time and budget, develop relationships with clients, consultants and site personnel, ensure health and safety is enforced and all works are completed safely.
