Job description

EQUANS is looking for a Site Administrator to join our team!

Your head office base is Hatfield, and your time will be split between Hatfield and our two sites located at Camden and Barnett. You will be required to drive between the site and the office; therefore, we cover expenses for travel to sites.

We are looking for someone with administration experience working in a construction environment. You will be able to pick up new systems quickly with training provided.

In return, we offer a full-time permanent position, with a salary between £26,000 – £28,000 depending on your skills and experience.

What will you deliver?

The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the relevant department and supervise all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the site.

  • Working alongside the refurbishment team on social housing
  • Managing and updating systems
  • Attending site to get updates from the site team
  • Attending office to update information onto relevant systems
  • Ensure office filing systems are up to date in line with GDPR/client contracts and modify accordingly
  • Utilize knowledge and experience to ensure quick solutions are provided

Who are we looking for?
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience of working in the construction industry
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • High level of organization skills
  • Full UK driving license
