Job summary

Bachy Soletanche in Ipswich is seeking a Site Administrator for a 6‑month fixed term contract on an on‑site basis. The role supports onboarding, visitor processing, documentation and compliance activities across the MBIF project near Sizewell.

You will coordinate travel and accommodation, manage office supplies, assist with audits and reporting, and liaise with the Project Manager and Engineers to ensure smooth site administration. Flexibility for part-time or full-time work is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in site office administration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of document control systems (Business Collaborator, PIM).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship abilities.
• Able to work well in a team and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new employees and assist visitors.
• Arrange accommodation and travel for staff as required.
• Maintain health & safety documentation and project files.
• Support audits, site inspections and compliance reporting.
• Maintain contractor accreditations and certifications.
• Coordinate training schedules with the site team.
