Job summary

Bachy Soletanche Limited seeks a Site Administrator for the MBIF project on the Suffolk coast. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with flexible part-time or full-time working patterns, but full-time on-site presence is required.

You will support onboarding, visitor liaison, documentation, HSE files, audits, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. A busy site office environment requires initiative, resilience and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational, time management and workload prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication across all levels.
• Experience in site office administration and document control.
• Ability to work under pressure and use initiative.
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a full range of administrative duties to ensure an efficient service.
• Support onboarding of employees and visitors.
• Assist with accommodation bookings and travel arrangements.
• Maintain health & safety documentation and project records.
• Assist with audits, site inspections and compliance reporting.
• Coordinate with training & competency teams and manage site inductions.
