A leading healthcare provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Surgical Nurse to uphold nursing standards in a surgical ward specializing in plastic surgery and burns. Candidates must have strong clinical leadership and auditing skills, with a passion for mentoring staff. This role involves managing ward activities, ensuring high quality care and facilitating the professional development of junior team members.
The successful candidate will be an experienced surgical nurse responsible for upholding standards of nursing care at all times. The post is located in Gate 33A, part of ASCR, the largest division at North Bristol NHS Trust, a surgical ward specialising in plastic surgery and burns.

The successful applicant(s) will normally commence at the minimum of Band 8a unless they have previous NHS service at the same band. Progression through the scale is by annual increments.
