Job Description:

SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 based in London, United Kingdom (On-site)

Join Telent's Engineering Team to innovate and develop solutions, working with technical experts committed to impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Technician will perform planned preventative maintenance and assist with reactive repairs on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS systems. The role involves working permanent nights from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, at our Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attending maintenance tasks
• Maintaining SISS assets and reporting station communication faults
• Using IT equipment for maintenance data
• Liaising with the Telent Service Centre for fault updates and task completion

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multi-tasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail safety procedures is advantageous.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Proficiency with O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability to work nights from Pirin Court Service Centre
