Job Description:

SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 London, United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working with technical experts to make a significant impact on critical infrastructure.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Technician will perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role is permanent night shifts, Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, based at Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting senior technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attending maintenance tasks
• Maintaining SISS assets and station communication systems
• Using field IT equipment for maintenance data
• Coordinating with Telent Service Centre for task updates

Ideal Candidate:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multitasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures is advantageous.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Knowledge of O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability for night shifts at Pirin Court Service Centre
