Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a SIAM Release Analyst to coordinate and govern release activities across a complex multi-supplier environment. The role focuses on planning, managing, and deploying releases with strong governance to minimise risk and disruption to live services.

You will work with suppliers, delivery teams, and service management to maintain calendars, manage dependencies, and support successful release delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Release Management or IT operations within complex multi-supplier environments.
• Strong knowledge of SIAM, supplier governance, and cross-supplier coordination.
• Good understanding of ITIL and ITSM practices including Change, Incident and SLA management.
• Experience coordinating release schedules, dependencies and deployments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end Release Management process across a multi-supplier environment, ensuring releases are planned, scheduled, and deployed in accordance with governance.
• Maintain release calendars, dependencies, and delivery schedules with suppliers and delivery teams.
• Monitor release readiness with approvals, documentation, testing evidence, and deployment plans.
• Identify and elevate release-related risks, issues, conflicts, and scheduling impacts to minimise disruption to live services.
• Lead cross-supplier release planning meetings and governance forums to ensure alignment across service towers.
• Produce release schedules, management information, performance metrics, and reporting for oversight.
• Drive continual improvements to release processes, controls, and supplier practices across the SIAM ecosystem.
